COVID-19 Notice

Updated May 2020

Dale Charles Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic Physiotherapy are committed to ensuring the health and well-being of our clients, staff, therapists and community.

Our clinics have been closed for in-person treatment since mid-March. We will resume a limited amount in-person treatment on May 19, 2020.

In keeping with current recommendations related to the COVID-19 pandemic, many changes have been implemented. Both clinics will be operating at reduced capacity; all staff and clients will be screened daily; increased cleaning procedures are in place; the waiting room and gym areas will be closed; staff will be wearing PPE.

If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms (cough, fever, difficulty breathing, sore throat, stuffy or runny nose), please stay home and seek medical advice.

Clients will be required to wear a mask. It is your choice whether to bring your own, borrow a clean re-useable cloth mask, or purchase a disposable mask. Please arrive clean; we ask all clients to come directly from home wearing clean clothing, and refrain from visiting the bank or grocery store prior to their appointment. Please leave any unnecessary personal items (jackets, bags) at home or in your vehicle.

Prepayment is encouraged, either by credit card or e-transfer. Receipts will be emailed.

We are continuing to offer tele-health consultations using a secure, 1-on-1 audio-video platform. This technology has proven to be successful, allowing continued delivery of services without in-person treatment, allowing our clients to stay in the safety of their home.

Please feel free to contact the clinic by phone or email.

Be kind to yourself and others by staying healthy, active and well.
